Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications published by Cursed Mage Studios e.U. ("we", "us", "our"), including those distributed on Google Play for Android and on the Apple App Store for iOS (collectively, the "Apps"). By using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require account creation and do not directly collect personal data such as your name or email address. However, the following data may be collected via third-party services integrated into our Apps:

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our Apps use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process:

• Device identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID, Apple Identifier for Advertisers)
• IP address (approximate location)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• Device information (OS version, device model)

This data is used to serve and measure advertisements, and may be used for ad personalization unless you opt out. On Android you can opt out via your device's ad settings; on iOS, tracking across apps requires your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, which you can change at any time under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In-App Purchases

Purchases made within our Apps are processed entirely by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, depending on your platform. We do not receive or store your payment details (card numbers, billing address). We may receive confirmation of a completed purchase (e.g. product ID, transaction status) to unlock the relevant content in-app.

Analytics (Future Use)

We may in the future integrate analytics services (e.g. Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand app usage and improve our Apps. If and when this is added, this policy will be updated to name the specific service and the data it collects, and the update will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

2. How We Use Information

• To display and measure advertising
• To process and validate in-app purchases
• To maintain and improve the Apps' functionality and performance
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data collected through third-party SDKs (AdMob, and in future any analytics provider) is shared with those providers under their own respective privacy policies, solely for the purposes described above.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), unless explicitly stated otherwise on that app's store listing. If a specific app is designed for a general or mixed audience, ad requests may be configured as "child-directed" per Google's Families Policy and Apple's Kids Category requirements where applicable, which restricts ad personalization accordingly.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / EEA / UK / Switzerland)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

• Request access to data held about you by our third-party providers
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time via your device's ad settings
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Since we do not directly store personal data ourselves, most such requests should be directed to the relevant third-party provider (e.g. Google or Apple), or you may contact us and we will assist where possible.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our own servers. Retention of data collected by AdMob (or future analytics providers) is governed by their respective policies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when adding new SDKs, features, or apps. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
